Will I need a discount code?

The Black Friday promotion is designed to work without a code. Offers apply to selected products and may vary by model.

Is walnut finish a different wood?

These new walnut-finish designs have red oak frames with a walnut-coloured finish, not solid walnut frames. Features and included accessories still depend on the specific model.

Does availability mean the same delivery terms everywhere?

No. Shipping charges, tax or duties, destination coverage, dispatch and delivery windows must be confirmed for your address. Availability is not a promise of international stock or a guaranteed delivery date.

Can I order a model that needs availability confirmation?

Please contact us to confirm the model, destination, delivery conditions and current availability before ordering.
