Gymfrog Shipping Protection: XCOTTON Coverage Explained

Protect your order against loss, damage, delivery issues, and delays. XCOTTON shipping protection gives you peace of mind from checkout to delivery.


Coverage

Loss Coverage

  • Domestic orders: Not delivered within 30 days after shipment
  • International orders: Not delivered within 60 days after shipment
  • Marked delivered but not received (with valid proof)

Compensation: Replacement or refund up to the original purchase value.

Damage Coverage

If your item arrives damaged during transit, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Mis-delivery

If the package is delivered to the wrong address, we will cover the cost to correct the issue (subject to approval).

Delay Compensation

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, you may receive compensation of up to $5 per order.


How to File a Claim

Claim Timeframe

  • All claims must be submitted within 90 days of the order date
  • Lost (not delivered): within 90 days
  • Delivered but not received: within 7 days
  • Damage: within 7 days after delivery
  • Delay: within 90 days

Cancellation

  • Before shipment: protection can be canceled and refunded
  • After shipment: protection cannot be canceled
