At Gymfrog , we are committed to delivering durable, high-quality Pilates equipment. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide the following warranty coverage for all products purchased directly from gymfrog.com:
Warranty Coverage
- Main Frame: 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Parts & Accessories: 1-year limited warranty covering moving parts, springs, upholstery, and accessories.
- During the warranty period, Gymfrog , at its discretion, will : Repair the defective part, or Replace the product (or part thereof) with a new or refurbished equivalent — at no charge to you.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, dents)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or repairs by non-approved technicians
- Commercial or studio use (unless explicitly stated in the purchase agreement)
