At GymFrog, each piece of Pilates equipment is custom-built and shipped with the utmost care. Below you will find important information about shipping methods, timelines, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing & Production
All Pilates equipment is made to order. Please allow additional time for production before shipping. Shipping time refers to transit only and does not include manufacturing time.
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays or high-order periods, processing and transit may be delayed.
2. Estimated Shipping Time—Accessories
For smaller items such as accessories, we use standard express services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Due to the size and weight of Pilates machines, they are shipped via freight carriers. Delivery times vary by region:

4. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most large equipment orders are shipped via LTL (less than truckload) freight services.
5. Curbside Delivery
Freight orders are delivered to the curbside or front of your property. Carriers do not bring items indoors or upstairs. Please ensure that someone is present to receive and move the shipment.
6. Delivery Signature
Some orders may require a signature at delivery. The carrier will contact you in advance if this is the case.
7. Inspect Before Signing
Please inspect the external packaging carefully upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage:
1. Take clear photos
2. Refuse the delivery
3. Notify us immediately at service@gymfrog.com
This ensures we can process damage claims and offer timely resolutions.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery at service@gymfrog.com with your order number, description, and photos.
9. International Shipping
If your country is not listed above, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery options and estimated timelines.
