Coverage
Loss Coverage
- Domestic orders: Not delivered within 30 days after shipment
- International orders: Not delivered within 60 days after shipment
- Marked delivered but not received (with valid proof)
Compensation: Replacement or refund up to the original purchase value.

Mis-delivery
