Delivery Appointment and Signing Requirements:

  1. All orders shipped via freight carrier require customers to schedule a delivery time.
  2. Upon arrival at the local station, the carrier will call the provided phone number in the order to arrange delivery.
  3. Please ensure that an adult over the age of 18 is present to sign for the goods.

Reshipping and Additional Charges:

  1. Reshipping due to customer reasons may incur additional charges.
  2. Carriers may reschedule delivery times for various reasons; therefore, we cannot accept cancellations for this reason.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages: If there are shipping delays or a package is lost, please allow the freight carrier to attempt to correct the issue and deliver your package.

Curbside Delivery Notes: Curbside delivery is our standard service where equipment is delivered to the curb. You may choose to manually unload the goods or negotiate with the logistics company to pay additional unloading fees. Please note, additional charges may include forklift rental and handling fees; you will be responsible for any extra transportation costs.
